关于磨牙劈裂修复的探讨

目的研究磨牙冠劈裂做内外固定后全冠修复。方法用0.1细结扎丝在劈裂牙颈部做结扎固定后治疗患牙,待患牙根管治疗充填后用0.1细结扎丝再在劈裂牙冠颌面做内固定后全冠修复。结果劈裂牙行根管治疗后用0.1的结扎丝做外内固定后全冠修复的成功率98%,其中失败原因为患牙根尖病变严重导致的。结论用0.1的细结扎丝外内固定全冠修复治疗牙劈裂效果好,在临床上值得推广。

Objective To study the method of complete coronal restoration of broken molar.Methods Treat the suffering tooth after doing a ligation in the dental cervix by 0.1 thin ligature.When the suffering tooth had filled through root canal recurrence,the clinician had been complete coronal restoration by 0.1 thin ligature.Results The success rate was 98%,and the failure reason was seriously pathological changes in the top of the suffering tooth root.Conclusion The effect is good by doing external fixation and internal fixation with 0.1 thin ligation.The method is valuable for spreading.
