米非司酮不同方法配伍米索前列醇终止12～20周妊娠临床研究

目的探讨非手术终止妊娠的方法、最佳给药途径及剂量。方法米非司酮总量150mg,配伍米索前列醇0.6mg对360例自愿要求使用药物终止妊娠的孕12～20周的妇女,采用三种不同给药途径终止妊娠,进行观察比较。结果米非司酮常规口服加米索前列醇外用给药,完全流产率高,胃肠道反应轻。结论使用米非司酮150mg,分次服用并配伍米索前列醇阴道后穹隆放置用于终止12～20周妊娠,恶心、呕吐等胃肠道反应发生率低,4h内流产率高,效果好。
