引线型硅胶管治疗泪小管阻塞

目的观察使用引线型硅胶管治疗泪小管阻塞的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2009年3月至12月我院眼科门诊治疗泪小管阻塞患者101例,观察疗效,随访时间为6个月至一年。结果 101例患者均成功置入引线型硅胶管,术后随访,已有63例拔管,冲洗不通畅流泪的有7例,1例因硅胶管异物反应严重,植入1个月后拔管,冲洗通畅。结论引线型硅胶管治疗泪小管阻塞,具有损伤小,易操作,恢复快,效果好的特点。

Objective To observe the results of radial type sililca gel pipe in treating lacrimal canaliculi blockage.Methods Retrospective analyses the results of 101 patients between March and December in 2009 recepted by our hospital.The time of follow-up visition was from six months to one year.Results All patients were imbedded successfully the silica gel pipe in lacrimal canaliculi.At the time of follow-up visit there were 63 patients who has been removed the pipe,7 persons has the symptom of tearing,1 person has been removed the pipe after opertion because of reaction of foreign body.The results of washing lacrimal canaliculi were clear among the rest patients.Conclusion The radial type sililca gel pipe is a better method to treat the lacrimal canaliculi blockage.
