摘要
白光LED以其独特优势被称为第4代光源,具有广阔的应用前景。通过对能够被近紫外光芯片激发的红色、绿色、黄色、蓝色含氯硅酸盐荧光粉以及含氯的单一硅酸盐基质白色荧光粉研究现状的概述,指出了含氯硅酸盐荧光粉存在的问题并对其发展趋势做了展望。
White LED is mentioned as the fourth generation illuminate lamp for its advantages, which will be widely used. Red, green, yellow, blue emitting silicate chloride phosphors and white light-emitting silicate chloride phosphors in single matrix excited by near ultraviolet lighvemitting semiconductive chips were introduced. The problems existing in the silicate chloride phosphors were pointed out and a brief prospect of WLED was made.
