摘要
钒酸盐在真空紫外的吸收截面较大,并且具有有效的基质敏化带,被认为是优良的荧光粉基质材料。通过研究发现,将硼酸三丁酯引入到钒酸盐之中,形成了钒硼酸盐体系,将其作为红色荧光粉的基质材料,可以改善红色荧光粉的纯度和发光强度。采用共沉淀法合成了Y0.9B0.3V0.7O3.7∶0.04Eu3+,0.06Gd3+红色荧光粉,通过XRD、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和荧光分光光度仪对粉体的结构、形貌及荧光性能进行了分析,研究其最佳的制备工艺条件。结果表明,Y0.9B0.3V0.7O3.7∶0.04Eu3+,0.06Gd3+是一种球形颗粒的混合物,其最佳的制备条件是pH=7,水浴温度为70℃,煅烧温度为1200℃。
Vanadate is considered as an excellent phosphor host materials, because it has larger absorption cross section in the vacuum ultraviolet, and has a sensitized valid matrix. It was found that vanadium borates can improve red phosphors purity and luminous intensity when it was used as phosphor host materials. The red phosphor Y0. 9 IA~. 3 V0. 7 Oa r : 0.04Eua~ ,0. 06Gda~ was synthesized by coprecipitation, the X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and photolu minescence were used to study the phase structure of the phosphor, the mcirphology and element content of the powder. The aim was to study the best preparation process conditions. The results indicated that the red phosphor Y0.9B0.3V0.7O3.7:0.04Eu3+,0.06Gd3+ was a mixture with spherical particles, the optimum preparation conditions was pH= 7, wa- ter bath temperature 70℃ ,calcined at 1200℃.
