以离子液体1-乙烯基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐([AMIM]Cl)为溶剂,以过硫酸铵为引发剂,制备了木薯淀粉接枝醋酸乙烯酯共聚物。研究了引发剂浓度、醋酸乙烯酯单体与淀粉的配比、反应温度以及反应时间等因素对淀粉接枝醋酸乙烯酯共聚参数的影响,并对淀粉接枝产物进行了红外光谱、XRD、SEM分析。结果表明,在[AMIM]Cl中淀粉接枝醋酸乙烯酯反应的接枝率、接枝效率随条件的改变呈规律性变化,所得到的接枝共聚物颗粒形貌较原淀粉有一定的差异,糊化温度降低。
Since starch could be dissolved entirely in some ionic liquids, such as 1-vinyl 3-methylimidazolium chlo- ride. we synthesized granular starch g-vinyl acetate copolymer. The vinyl acetate was grafted and copolymerized onto cas- sava starch, used 1-vinyl 3-methylimidazolium chloride ([AMIM]Cl) as polymerization reaction medium, ammonium per- sulfate as initiator. We studied the effects of concentration of initiator, ratio of starch and monomer, reaction temprature- and reaction time on graft percentage and graft efficiency. The modified starch, starch-g-vinyl acetate, was characterized by IR, XRD and SEM. The results showed that the grafting ratio and grafting efficiency of starch g-vinyl acetate changed with the conditions regularly. There are some differences in morphology between graft copolymer of starch and the original, and the gelatinization temperature of graft copolymer was decreased.
