摘要
以纳米氧化锡锑(ATO)水性浆料和水性聚氨酯(Bayhydrol XP 2593/1)为原料,采用共混法制备纳米ATO/水性聚氨酯复合涂料。研究了纳米ATO用量及涂膜厚度对涂膜力学、热学和光学性能的影响。结果表明,当w(ATO)/w(PU)=1:15时,所制得的纳米ATO/PU涂层硬度为2H,附着力为1级;涂层可见光平均透过率为87.1%;在碘钨灯照射下透明隔热玻璃与空白玻璃木盒内空气温度差约6℃。
A coating with good transparence and heat-insulation performance had been prepared based on nano-ATO slurry and Bayhydrol XP 2593/1. The effect of nano-ATO dosage and film thickness on mechanical performance, heat insulation performance and optical performance were studied. And the results indicated that when nano-ATO/PU weight ratio was 1:15, the hardness of the film was 2H, adhesion was the first,and the average visible transmittance was 87.1. The temperature difference of air inside the wood box was about 6℃.
