热处理对聚乳酸/TMC-328结晶性能的影响 被引量:1

The effect of heat treatment on crystalline structures property of PLA/TMC-328

摘要 熔融法制备了含成核剂TMC-328为0.3%的聚乳酸(PLA)/TMC-328共混物,采用偏光显微镜(POM)和差示扫描量热仪(DSC),研究了PLA/TMC-328共混物在不同加工条件下的结晶性能。结果表明,纯PLA在热处理下的结晶能力变化不大,添加TMC-328后,热处理可以提高PLA的结晶度,随着热处理温度的提高,结晶度从80℃下的0.26%增加到100℃下的40.03%,且低温下PLA冷结晶能力得到了提高。在满足工艺条件下,PLA/TMC-328共混物的最佳热处理温度为100℃。 The PLA/TMC 328 blends which TMC-328 contents was 0. 3% were prepared by melt blending. Various techniques including DSC, polarized light microscopy(POM) were employed to investigate crystallinity under different pro cessing conditions and thermal properties of the samples. Experimental results indicated that the crystallization capacity of PEA had not absolutely change under heat treatment, and added TMC-328, the heat treatment can improve the degree of crystallization of PLA,from 12.77% at 80℃ to 40.03% at 100℃ with the temperature of heat treatment process increasing,and the cold crystallization capacity of PLA had been improved. To meet the technical conditions, the best heat treat- ment temperature of PLA/TMC-328 was 100℃.
