碱性喷射混凝土促凝剂对水泥凝固的影响

摘要 碱性喷射促凝剂能使水泥浆的凝固时间大大减少。DCA(差示量热分析)结果显示,加入C3A和C3S都会使反应发生变化。ESEM(环境扫描电镜)照片也证明了,铝酸钙水合物的形成是水泥浆快速凝固的主要原因。 Setting time of cement pastes was dramatically reduced by a alkaline shotcrete accelerator. DCA (Differential Calorimeter Analysis) results showed that adding of both Cs A and C3 Simpelled the reactions have been changed. ES EM (Environmental Scanning Electron Microscope) photos also proved that the formation of calcium aluminate hydrates was the main reason for the quick setting of cement pastes.
