摘要
以均聚聚丙烯(PP)S800为基料,选用5种成核剂为增刚剂制备高刚PP,考察了增刚剂种类及含量对高刚PP性能的影响,并对高刚PP专用树脂制备工艺进行了优化。结果表明,以美利肯公司成核剂HPN-68L为增刚剂制得的高刚PP性能最佳,当其加入量为8×10-4时,材料弯曲强度为43.8MPa,弯曲模量为1853MPa,冲击强度为25.2J/m2,同时,材料结晶度提高了6.2个百分点,初始结晶温度升高约20℃。正交分析表明,增刚PP最佳制备工艺条件为转速60r/min,温度230℃,加料量5r/min。
High rigid polypropylene was produced by homopolymer polypropylene $800 as based material, five kinds of nucleating agents as rigid agent. The effects of types and content of nucleating agents was investigated, and preparation process was optimized. The results showed that Milliken HPN-68L was the best one, when its mass fraction was 8 × 10^-4, the flexural strength of rigid polypropylene was 43.8 MPa, bending modulus was 1853 MPa and impact strength was 25.2 J/m2 , while crystallinity and initial crystallization temperature were increased by 6. 2 percentage points and 20℃, respectively. The orthogonal analysis results showed that the optimal preparation conditions were: rotational speed 60 r/min, temperature 230℃, feeding quantity 5 r/min.
