癌胚抗原相关细胞黏附分子1和血管内皮生长因子在HBV相关性肝癌血管生成中的作用 被引量:4

The role of CEACAM1 and VEGF in angiogenesis of HBV related hepatocellular carcinoma

摘要 目的研究癌胚抗原相关细胞黏附分子1(CEACAM1)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在HBV相关性肝癌组织中的表达与HBV相关性肝癌血管生成的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测81例HBV相关性肝癌组织中CEACAM1、VEGF的表达,光镜下计数CD105标记的微血管密度(MVD)。结果 81例HBV相关性肝癌组织中CEACAM1表达阳性率为71.60%(58/81),VEGF表达阳性率为54.32%(44/81),二者分别与包膜浸润、门静脉侵袭、淋巴结转移和TNM分期相关(P<0.05)。CEACAM1阴性组MVD值明显高于阳性组(P<0.01),VEGF阳性组MVD值明显高于阴性组(P<0.01),CEACAM1的表达与VEGF表达呈负相关(r_3=-0.358,P=0.001)。结论 HBV相关性肝癌组织中CEACAM1表达下调可能通过促进VEGF的生成参与肝癌血管生成,促进其侵袭和转移。 Objective To investigate the relationship of CEACAM1 and VEGF expression with angiogenesis in HBV related hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods The expression of CEACAM1 and VEGF was detected with irnmunohistochemistry SP method in 81 cases of HBV related hepatocellular carcinoma tissues, and the microvessel density(MVD) was recorded under optical microscope. Results The positive expression rate of CEACAM1 and VEGF in 81 cases of HBV related hepatocellular carcinoma tissues were respectively 71.60%(58/81) and 54. 32% (44/81), while the expression of CEACAM1 and VEGF was correlated with capsule invasion, portal vein invasion, nodal metastasis, TNM staging (P 〈 0. 05). The MVD in CEACAM1 negative expression group was significantly higher than that in CEACAM1 positive expression group(P〈0. 01), and the MVD in VEGF positive expression group was significantly higher than that in VEGF negative expression group (P 〈0. 01 ). The expression of CEACAM1 was negatively correlated with VEGF(rs =-0. 358, P = 0. 001 ). Conclusion Downregulation of CEACAM1 in HBV related hepatocellular carcinoma may play a role in angiogenesis through increasing the production of VEGF, thus promote tumor invasion and metastasis.
