自然灾害发生后，救灾应急物资如何分配，如何及时送往灾区等问题是摆在决策者面前的巨大难题。本文主要对救灾应急物资配送智能决策支持系统的组成结构和各部分功能进行了分析设计，使救灾应急物资配送方案更具客观性、科学性。

When natural disaster happened,the decision--makers are faced with huge problems：how to distribute the goods that gathered from all over the country and how to promptly transport them to the affected area？To make the emergency relief materials distribution scheme more scientific and objective,the paper designs the structure and analyzes the function for every part of system.
