摘要
自由基是一种活泼不稳定的粒子,在胆管癌细胞的发生过程中起了很重要的作用。氧自由基能攻击胆管细胞膜、细胞内生物酶及DNA,导致胆管疾病如胆结石和炎症从而导致细胞恶变。氧自由基还能影响、调节细胞信号通路来促使细胞增殖与转移。本文就自由基在胆管癌形成中的几方面作用进行综述。
Oxygen free radicals is a series of unstable and active particle which play an important role on cholangiocarcinoma cells'occurrence and development.Oxygen free radicals can attack bile duct cell membrane,enzyme and DNA,leading to bile duct diseases such as bile duct stone and inflammation and malignant changes of bile duct cells.Oxygen free radicals can also affect and modulate cells signaling pathway to promote cancers cells'proliferation and matastasis.
