加载速率对34CrMo4钢CT试样应力腐蚀行为的影响 被引量:2

摘要 在湿H2S环境下,对34CrMo4高强钢的紧凑拉伸(CT)试样按不同位移速率进行拉伸,并对断口形貌及载荷—位移曲线进行了分析。结果表明,当位移速率在10-5~10-4 mm/s范围内,试样呈脆性断裂,可见明显应力腐蚀现象;当位移速率过快或过慢时,应力腐蚀敏感性会显著降低,试样呈韧性断裂。 In wet H2S environment, the tensile curve and fracture mophology of stress corrosion of compact tension (CT) specimens of 34CrMo4 high -strength steel at different constant displacement rates were investigated. The specimens showed brittle fracture and clearly stress corrosion phenomenon when displacement rate was in the extent of 10-5 - 10-4 mm/s. The specimens showed ductile fracture and the stress corrosion sensitivity decreased significantly when displacement rate was too fast or too slow.
