摘要
介绍快速开发自动测试系统的简化编程自动测试系统的设计方法;开发简化编程自动测试系统要实现测试系统软件与被测设备无关性;测试软件分为两部分:测控程序和测试模型;用测试软件检测某个被测设备时,由测控程序调用测试模型,对测试模型进行解释。测试模型和测控程序是相互独立的,测控程序负责测试模型的建立与解释,这就实现了测试系统软件与被测设备无关性,实现了测试模型的免编程开发;这样,在开发测试程序时,用户不需要编写任何软件,只需要根据测控程序提供的测试模型管理向导开发所需的测试模型;用免编程自动测试系统开发自动测试系统具有速度快、性价比高等特点,且开发的自动测试系统测试速度快、运行可靠、扩展性好。
A simply programming automatic test system on aeronautical airborne equipment is introduced. As known to all, developing simply programming automatic test system needs realizing the independence between the test system software and the UUT. A test software is composed of test program and test mode. When testing a UUT, the test mode is taken and explained by test software. If they two are inde- pendent from each other, the test mode will be developed automatically. Then, no software codes should be written by user, only the test mode should be generated by the provided test mode guidance. There is the feature of high speed, efficient cost etc. using the simply programming automatic test system to develop automatic test system. The developed automatic test system runs with high speed, good reliability, and good expansibility.
