类原位植皮法修复指尖离断、撕脱

In-situ-like Dermatoplasty for the Fingertip Injuries by Mutilation or Avulsion

目的介绍类原位植皮法修复指尖离断、撕脱的临床效果。方法应用皮片移植技术,将离断、撕脱组织修薄成带甲床全厚皮片,原位回植,修复33例36指的指尖离断、撕脱。结果本组33例36指,其中29例32指全部成活;3例3指全部坏死;1例1指甲床部分坏死,Ⅰ期修复成活率88.89%(32/36),术后Ⅰ期成活的29例患者获得随访,平均7(2～12)个月,外观、功能满意。结论类原位植皮法修复指尖组织离断、撕脱,成活率高,方法简便,值得推广。

Objective To introduce a repair method of in-situ-like dermatoplasty and its clinical effects for fingertip injuries by mutilation or avulsion.Methods Thirty-three cases with thirty-six fingertip injuries were treated by the in-situ-like dermatoplasty.The dermatoplasty technique was used to orthotopic transplant the full thick skin graft with hyponychium which clipped from the mutilated or avulsed tissue.Results Thirty-two fingertips of 29 cases survived completely.Partial tissue necrosis occurred in one case.Only three cases with three fingers were failure.Both functions and appearances in survived fingers were excellent after 2～12months follow-up.Conclusion When there is no suitable digital artery for microsurgical repair in fingertip replantation,it is a reliable and simple method to repair the fingertip injuries by the in-situ-like dermatoplasty.
