摘要
针对三厢轿车后背门的结构特点,提出了一种基于CATIA V5的快速建模与曲面质量评价方法。该方法首先应用CATIA V5提供的混合建模功能创建了轿车后背门的三维曲面模型,然后分别应用多种曲面质量分析方法(等照度线、多截面曲率梳和反射线等)对后背门曲面质量进行了评价。结果表明,该后背门曲面达到了A级曲面的各项要求,从而可为后续的后背门模具加工制造提供可靠的理论依据。
In view of the structural features of sedan car back door, a method based on CATIA V5 for rapid modeling and surface quality evaluation is proposed. At first, this method adopts the compound modeling function of CATIA VS, creates the 3D model of sedan car back door, and then a variety of surface quality evaluation methods (including isophotes mapping, multi-section curvature comb and reflection lines) are discussed. The result shows that the model of the sedan car back door satisfied the standards of Class A surfaces, and it will provide reliable theoretical evidence for the subsequent mould manufacturing of sedan car back door.
