超支化聚氨酯/TiO_2自清洁光固化涂层的制备及性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用溶胶-共混法制备超支化聚氨酯(UV-HPU)/TiO2自清洁光固化杂化涂层,在低温下(<110℃)对涂层进行热处理。采用接触角方法研究不同TiO2溶胶添加量及热处理温度,对涂层光催化自清洁特性和基本性能的影响。结果表明:TiO2在涂料中的质量分数约为10%,热处理温度为110℃的涂层在紫外光照射后接触角可以达到3.5°,具有超亲水特性,同时杂化涂层的硬度和附着力也得到明显提升。 Hyperbranehed polyurethane (UV-HPU)/TiO2 organic-inorganic UV curable hybrid coatings were prepared by sol-blending method, which were further treated at different temperature (〈110℃). The effect of titania sol content and treatment temperature on the coatings' photoeatalysis properties and mechanical performance were inves tigated. The results show that the contact angle of water can decrease to 3. 5°after photo when TiO2 content (by mass%) in UV-HPU is 10% and the heated temperature is 110℃, which indicates the hybrid coating has super hydro-philicity. Moreover, hardness and adhesion degree of the hybrid coatings are greatly improved with titania sol addition and treatment.
