Study on the Preparation and Performance of New SiC-MoSi_2/Al-O-Ti Multi Anti-oxidation Coating for C/C Composites

摘要 采用包埋和涂刷法制备出一种新型的炭/炭复合材料抗氧化涂层,它由自愈合内涂层、热膨胀系数匹配过渡层、氧阻挡层三层复合而成。用SEM,XRD对它的组分和形貌进行了表征,同时测试了涂层在1 000,1 300和1 400℃下的抗氧化性能和抗热震性能。实验结果表明:该涂层能在1 400℃下有效保护炭/炭材料达50h以上,经过20次室温到1 400℃的热震循环后,涂层仍然完整致密。 A new kind of multi anti oxidation coating was designed and manufactured by pack cementation and brushing method in this work. The coating was composed of self-healing inner layer, thermal expansion coefficient (CTE) matched intermediate layer and oxygen barrier layer. Morphology and component of the coating were carried out through scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-Ray diffraction (XRD) and also the properties of anti oxidation and thermal shock resistance were analyzed at temperatures of 1 000 ℃, 1 300℃ and 1 400℃. The results show that the coating can protect the C/C composites for more than 50 h at 1 400 ℃ and it is still intact after 20 thermal cycle from room temperature to 1 400℃.
