合股民居与住宅合作社:1949年以后建造的土楼

Co-operative Housing and Housing Cooperative Society:Tulou Built after 1949

研究认为应该将土楼聚落作为一个整体来调查,并引入具体居民的生活史来理解乡土建筑的演变过程;通过综合分析土楼的建造过程、居住方式、代际传承以及社区组织等方面,提出土楼作为一种住宅合作社的可能性;并试图解释其在1949年以后被大量建造的现象,进而提出住宅合作社的概念对当代住宅实践的启示。

The author thinks that Tulou Settlements should be investigated as a whole and the evolution of vernacular buildings should be understood with the concept of the life history of residents. Comprehensively analyzing the construction process,style of habitation,handing down from generation to generation,and organization of community,this paper proposes the possibility of Tulou as a kind of housing cooperative society and tries to explain the reason why a large number of Tulou has been built since 1949. The concept of housing cooperative might be employed in contemporary housing practice.
