基于循环经济的工业企业生态工程发展模式探析

随着我国工业的迅速发展,我国工业化正面临着严峻的环境污染问题,固体污染、水污染、大气污染、土壤污染等问题比较突出。因此,积极发展循环经济,既是实现工业可持续发展的重要途径,也是落实科学发展观的重大策略。坚持科学发展观,发展循环经济,要求树立复合系统观、循环经济观、资源价值观、清洁生产观和绿色消费观,并综合运用生态经济规律,贯彻循环经济理念,促进传统工业向生态工业的转变,建设生态工业园区,走生态工业之路。

In order to stick to scientific outlook on development and develop circular economy, it is imperative to establish composite systematic concept, circular economic concept, resource value concept, clean production view and green consumption concept, and comprehensively apply the eco- economic laws to implement the concept of circular economy, promote the change from traditional industrial to eco - industrial, build co - industrial park, and walk the path of eco - industrial.
