泉州提升企业自主创新能力探讨

国家发改委发布的《海峡西岸经济区发展规划》,首次明确了"海峡西岸经济区"的具体地域范围、建设目标、建设布局和先行先试政策。确立了包括"提高自主创新能力"等八个方面重点工作。本文从现实意义、存在的问题及对策建议等三个方面,就提升泉州企业自主创新能力,打造先进制造业基地问题进行了探讨。

The Straits West Bank Economic Development Planning, released by National Development and Reform Commission, for first time makes clear the specific territorial scope, the construction objectives, construction layout, and the first going and trying policies of Straits West Bank Economic Zone. It establishes the key work at eight aspects, including the increase of independent innovation ability. From three aspects of realistic meaning, existing problems, and countermeasures, this paper explores the issues of forging advanced manufacturing base to promote the enterprises＇ independent innovation in Quanzhou.
