摘要
中小企业的信息化不仅在于拥有优良的硬件设备和完善的软件产品,而且还需要建立一个中小企业能够负担的、阶段性、全方位、标准化的信息化服务体系。全方位的信息化服务应该是一个从信息化咨询,硬件设备提供与实施,软件产品开发与运行,信息技术操作培训、技术支援等环环相扣的生存周期。本文从经济和技术的角度,分析、验证全方位、标准化的信息技术服务体系在解决中小企业信息化过程中的可行性。
Informatization of small and medium -sized enterprises not only depends on the ownership of excellent hardware equipment and impeccable software products, but also require a informatization service system with the characteristics of periodicity, all - dimension, and standardization small and medium - sized can afford. All - dimension informatization service should be a life cycle that links informatization consultation, hardware equipment and application, software products development and utilization, information technology operation training, and technical support, and so on. From the perspectives of economy and technology, this paper analyzes and tests the feasibility of the information technology service system to solve the problems facing small and medium - sized enterprises in the process of infiormatization.
