摘要
物流在我国的发展如火如荼,中小物流企业更是突飞猛进。中小物流企业纷纷通过各种渠道招聘物流专业人才,改善企业人力资源状况,以谋求企业健康发展。但是,物流专业人才进入企业之后,流失现象特别严重。本文分析了中小物流企业人才流失的原因,并且对改善这种状况的具体措施进行了探讨。其中,特别谈到了创建优秀企业文化对于留住人才所起的关键作用,认为物流企业的管理者必须慎重研究并构建优秀企业文化。
logistics development in our country is vigorously growing, and small and medium- sized logistics enterprises is rapidly advancing. Small and medium - sized logistics enterprises one after another recruit logistics professionals and improve the situation of enterprise human resources through various channels to seek enterprises' healthy development. However, the phe- nomenon of logistical talents outflow is particularly serious after they are recruited by the enterprises. This article has analyzed the reason for talents outflow of sm^dl and medium - sized logistics enterprises and specifically discussed the specific measures to improve the situation, of which the paper has particularly pointed out the pivotal role that building excellent enterprise culture play in retaining the talents, and believed that the logistical enterprise managers should be careful for studying and establishing the excellent enterprise culture.
