摘要
日本企业的经营理念凸显了人本、质量、消费者至上、环境、"和"、全球等六大主义,这些特征造就了众多的长寿企业。日本企业的经营理念虽在形式上简洁明了,但内容却十分丰富,把企业的性质、目的、规范等都概括得一清二楚。同时,日本许多企业制定了一系列的制度、措施,把经营理念贯彻到日常生产生活的每一个环节当中,目的就是为了强化经营理念、使之制度化,切实发挥作用。我国企业在现代化过程中应该借鉴日本企业的经验,凝练具有中国特色的企业经营理念。
Japanese enterprise' s operation principles highlight six concepts of people oriented, good quality, customers first, environment, harmony and globalization, which have brought about a large number of longlasting enterprises. Although these principles are concise in form, the contents are rich enough to clarify the company' s nature, goal and norms. At the same time, many Japanese companies haw~ developed a series of systems and measures to implement the principles in every activity of daily production, and in this way to make the principles reinforced, institutionalized and play a role. In comparison, Chinese enterprises need to use Japanese enterprises as a reference, and to condense operation principles with Chinese characteristics.
