感知反应视角下的企业集群创新系统动态探析

企业集群的创新是一个动态的演化过程,从感知反应的角度对企业集群创新系统进行动态探讨是一个新的视角。企业集群创新系统具有感知反应的一系列特征,基于感知反应系统理论将整个企业集群创新系统分为创新主体子系统、创新边界子系统和创新环境子系统三个部分,对各子系统之间的相互关系进行了详细分析。在此基础上,具体探讨了各子系统中行为主体的感知反应行为,并建议通过调节控制边界系统中要素,促进集群创新系统健康发展。

Enterprise cluster innovation is a dynamic evolutionary process. It is a new perspective from perception reaction to conduct dynamic exploration on innovative system of enterprises cluster. Enterprise cluster innovative system has a series of features of perception reactions. Based on the theory of perception reaction, this paper has classified the entire enterprise cluster inno- vative system into three subsystems： innovative subject, innovative boundary, and innovative environment, and conducted detailed analyzed on the correlation among eaeh subsystem. On this basis, the paper has specifically discussed the per ception reaction behaviors of action subjects in each sub - system, and proposed to promote the healthy development of cluster innovation system by adjusting and controlling the elements of boundary system.
