返乡农民工创业政策研究

政府对返乡创业农民工的政策主要是从激励性、引导性、保护性三方面对返乡农民工创业进行扶持。政府应通过统筹城乡创业服务平台,改善返乡农民工创业环境,强化农村创业信息化建设,提高返乡农民工创业质量,加大农村创业资金的扶持力度,拓宽返乡农民工创业融资渠道,全面提高返乡农民综合素质,提升返乡农民工创业能力等来逐步使摆脱创业困境,以长效推进返乡农民工创业。
