干细胞技术在下尿路修复重建中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 人类许多疾病与特定器官、组织损伤或细胞功能障碍有关,目前临床多采用合成材料或捐献的供体进行组织器官的替代治疗,但往往由于免疫排斥引起许多不良反应,依靠自体细胞构建材料替代受损的组织器官是治疗这些疾病的理想方法,但易受白体细胞扩增不足的限制。
