摘要
放射治疗是头颈部恶性肿瘤的常用治疗手段之一。近年来由于疗效的不断改善,长期生存者的生存质量越来越受到关注。放射性脑损伤是影响头颈部恶性肿瘤患者生存质量的重要并发症。本文对近年来国内外文献进行综合分析,就放射性脑损伤在发病机制、临床诊断及治疗等方面作一综述。
Radiotherapy is one of common treatment for head and neck neoplasms.With the improvement of prognosis of patient with head and neck neoplasms,more attentions were paid to the long-term quality of life.Post-radiation brain injury is a severe sequel,which significantly influences the quality of life.We reviewed the literatures of post-radiation brain injury and introduced the research progress.
