摘要
同质化中间产品的竞争为企业实施业务延伸创造了机会。业务延伸是一种服务创新过程控制策略,基于产品层次模型,对业务延伸进行了定义,从顾客价值等式角度探讨了业务延伸的实施条件。构建了消费者剩余模型,分析了材料损耗率和加工效率对消费者剩余的影响。研究表明,业务延伸能实现产品创新和服务差异化,增强完全产品竞争力,最大化消费者剩余,强化客户合作关系。
Homogeneous semi-product competition provides an opportunity for implementation of business extension.Based on Product Layer Model,the definition of business extension is given.From customer value equation perspective,the implementation condition of business extension is discussed.Customer surplus mode is established,the impact of material waste rate and production efficiency on customer surplus has been analyzed.Business extension is a kind of process controlling strategy of service innovation.The research shows that by the use of business extension,product innovation and service differentiation can be realized,competition of full product can be enhanced,consumer surplus can be also maximized,so that the cooperation relationship between enterprise and customer has been consolidated.
