低碳经济作为一种全新的经济发展模式,是应对全球气候问题、能源危机问题、生态环境问题的必然选择。我国西部地区能源资源丰富,生态环境脆弱,受地理位置和发展理念的制约,社会经济发展严重滞后。因此,选择低碳经济模式,通过发展低碳农业、低碳工业、低碳城市和碳汇减碳,将有效遏制生态环境恶化的趋势,提高资源利用效率,最终促进区域经济协调发展。

As a new model of economic development,low carbon economy is an inevitable choice to response for global climate issues,energy risk problem,ecological and environmental problems.China＇s western region is rich in energy resources,but the ecological environment is fragile.Because of the constraints of geographical location and development philosophy,social and economic development lags behind.Therefore,through the development of low carbon agriculture,low carbon industry,low carbon city,carbon sinks and carbon reduction,low carbon economy will effectively curb the trend of ecological deterioration and improve the efficiency of resource use,and ultimately promote regional coordination of economic development.
