摘要
本文选用新型宽带直流恢复放大器OPA615和轨对轨高速比较器ADCMP602实现峰值检测电路,提高了整个电路的性能;采用C8051F340作为主控芯片,控制整个电路的运行并进行数据采集和处理,设计出了能够实现脉冲值连续检测的高性能脉冲峰值检测电路。
This paper selected the new broadband DC-restore amplifier OPA615 and the high-speed rail to rail comparator ADCMP602 to achieve peak detection circuit,which improved the overall circuit performance,used C8051F340 as the master chip to control the operation of the circuit and make data acquisition and processing,designed the high-performance pulse peak detection circuit which can achieve continuous measurement of the pulse value.
