Strengthening Management and Standardizing Operation for Bidding Management of Infrastructure Projects

对基建项目严格实行公开招投标,是有效降低工程造价,择优选择施工队伍,提高工程质量,确保工程按期完工的重要手段,是全面贯彻落实科学发展观、促进和谐社会建设的重要举措,也是从源头上预防腐败等不正之风现象发生的治本之策,因而意义与作用重大。历年来,我校十分重视基建项目的招投标工作,加强管理,规范操作,在日常工作中积累了大量宝贵的经验和成功做法,现介绍如下,以飨读者。

Strictly implementing open bidding for infrastructure project is effective to reduce the construction cost,choose construction team according to qualification,improve engineering quality,ensure that projects are completed on time,and is the important measures to comprehensively implement the scientific outlook on development,promote the construction of harmonious society,and is the basic measures to prevent corruption.Over the years,our school attached great importance to the bidding of construction project,strengthened the management,standardized operation,and accumulated lots of valuable experience and successful practices in daily work.The author introduces it as follow.
