摘要
本文以网上开设十字绣商店项目出发从项目风险识别与分析、项目风险分析的依据、风险的应对规划、风险的监控等各方面简要分析了项目的风险规划过程,说明对于项目的顺利实施来说,一套行之有效的项目风险管理规划往往是事半功倍的。
Starting from the project that setting up online cross-stitch shop,this paper analyzes the project planning process from the identification and analysis of project risk,basis of project risk analysis,response planning of risk,risk monitoring and other aspects.For the successful implementation of the project,the way to success is making an effective project risk management planning.
