浅谈石油企业内部控制存在的问题与对策

Analysis on Problems of the Internal Control and Countermeasures of Oil Enterprise

在我国的石油企业中,虽已建立起完整的内部控制体系并实现了有效运行,但是由于种种原因,企业目前的内控体系仍不成熟,存在一些问题有待解决。这就要求我们要不断探索和研究适合我国企业发展的内部控制体系。本文从现阶段我国石油企业内部控制存在的问题入手,对问题进行逐一分析,并一一给出了相应的解决措施。

In our country,though it has set up complete internal control system and realized the effective operation in petroleum enterprise,for a variety of reasons,the internal control system of enterprise at present is still not mature.There are some problems to be solved.This requires us to explore and study the existing problems of the development of enterprise internal control in our country,and then analyses the corresponding measures.
