摘要
当今经济社会,企业的竞争关键在于人才的竞争和创新力的竞争,企业员工的自主创新力是企业持续创新和发展的保障。为提高企业的核心竞争力,企业如何提升员工的自主创新力显得甚为重要。本文针对影响员工自主创新力的培养与提升的因素,从企业文化、激励机制、培训、轮岗、团队和管理体制等方面探究提升员工的自主创新力的有效途径。
In today's economic society,the competitiveness of enterprises lies in the talent competition and innovation competition,so the independent innovation of employees guarantees the innovation and development of enterprises.To enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,it is important to know how to improve the self-innovation ability of enterprise employees.In this paper,based on the factors that impact the training and development of the independent innovation of staff,the effective ways to enhance the staff's independent innovation are explored from the corporate culture,incentives,training,job rotation,team and management system and other aspects.
