摘要
民办院校的发展在中国高等教育发展中发挥着愈来愈重要的作用。《国家中长期教育改革与发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》中明确阐述了民办教育的重要地位。本文主要从特色人才模式的诠释、民办院校与公办院校之间的差异进行阐述,从而为民办院校培养特色人才提出建议。
The development of private university is more important to the development of our higher education.The important position about the private education is stated in the National long-term education reform and development plan outline（2010-2020）.It claimed the annotation on the characteristic talent cultivation and the difference between public university and private university,then gave some advice to cultivate the characteristic talent in private university.
