摘要
文章以科学发展观为高校档案工作的指导思想,通过阐述高校档案工作意义和存在的问题,大胆提出改进和创新措施,以提高档案管理工作,促使高校档案事业可持续发展。
This article discusses problems and the meaning of University File Management（UFM） based on the guiding ideology of scientific concept of development,and puts forward measures of improvement and the innovation.I hope this article can make some help for improvement and sustainable development of UFM.
