高职教育的目的是培养企业一线需要的高技能应用型人才,我院通过国家级有机合成工技能大赛这个平台,深入企业,取得了很好的效果。文章重点探讨了国家级职业技能大赛对职业教育专业建设与发展、课程建设、师资队伍建设、学生素质的培养、学院发展等方面产生的作用和影响。

The higher vocational education is to foster high-skill talents who meet the need of front line of production of enterprises,and Nanjing College of Chemical Technology goes deep into enterprise through the platform,namely national skills competition in organic synthesis work.In this paper,the effects and influence of national vocational skills competition on professional construction and development of vocational education,curriculum construction,the construction of the teaching staff,the training of students＇ quality and development of colleges and so on are mainly discussed.
