警官职业院校学生实战技能培养方式探讨

警官职业院校作为我国高职教育的一个重要组成部分,有着其不可替代的独特作用。警官职业教育既有其行业特点,又有着其独特的教育教学特性,其教学过程必须强化综合素质的养成教育和实践技能的全面培养;目前从总体上看,警官职业教育的人才培养模式需要加快转型,多元化的目标和结构体系有待进一步完善;因此,学生实战技能培养方式创新对警官职业院校进一步提高实践教学水平具有重要意义。

As an important component part of China＇s higher vocational education,the vocational colleges of police officer have an irreplaceable unique role.Officer vocational education both has their industry characteristics,and their unique educational and teaching characteristics,and their teaching process must strengthen the cultivation of overall quality and the comprehensive training of practical skills.At present,personnel training mode of officer vocational education needs to speed up the transformation,and diversified goals and structure system should be further improved from the overall perspective.Therefore,innovation of training mode of students＇ actual combat skills has the important meaning for further improving the level of practice teaching in vocational colleges of police officer.
