Improving Medical Identification System to Resolve Medical Disputes

针对我国目前医疗鉴定体系的"二元化"存在的问题,参考我国个别省份的相关规定提出建议,完善医疗鉴定制度,以求医患关系更加和谐。

Aiming at the status of medical injury appraisement system in medical disputes,which consists of medical appraisement system and judicial apprasiment system.This article references to the relevent proposal of other provinces,and presents some constructions and assumptions,to make the doctor-patient relationship more harmonious.
