摘要
目的:通过对25例大面积皮肤撕脱伤植皮结合创面封闭式负压引流(VSD)的护理经过,总结经验进一步提高护理水平。方法:回顾性总结对25例大面积皮肤撕脱伤患者进行植皮结合创面封闭式负压引流(VSD)围术期的护理。结果:25例大面积皮肤撕脱伤患者创面全部愈合,其中13例经1次治疗创面愈合,9例经2次治疗创面愈合,3例经3次治疗创面愈合,均未发生与护理有关的并发症。结论:严密观察生命体征、积极处理合并伤、保持有效的负压引流、做好心理护理及加强营养支持有利于促进患者早日康复。
Objective： Experience is to summarize to further improve the standard of care through avulsion injury of 25 patients with avulsion injury of skin accepting dermatoplasty combined vacuum seal drainage（VSD） therapy.Methods： To conduct perioperative nursing of skin grafts combined with wound vacuum seal drainage（VSD）to 25 patients with avulsion injury of skin.Results： 25 patients with avulsion injury of skin are healed totally.Among them,13 patients are healed by once treatment wound,9 patients are healed by twice treatment wound and 3 patients are healed by third treatment wound,and none of them generates complications related to nursing care.Conclusion： observing vital signs,curing associated injuries actively,maintaining effective negative pressure drainage,doing a good job in psychological care and strengthening nutritional support can help to promote patient recover.
