主体功能区视域下的重庆市城乡基本公共服务均等化的财政政策研究

Research on Fiscal Policy of Urban and Rural Equalization of Basic Public Services in Chongqing under the Visual Field of Main Functional Areas

本文在界定主体功能区基本公共服务均等化内涵的基础上,从重庆市的现状出发,分析了重庆市基本公共服务均等化的现状,提出了主体功能区建设中推进基本公共服务均等化的财政政策途径和措施。

In this paper,based on the demarcation of the equalization of basic public services under the visual field of main functional areas,this paper analyzes the present situation of the equalization of basic public services in Chongqing and put forward measures and fiscal policy of promoting the equalization of basic public services in the construction of main functional areas from status of Chongqing.
