凸模铸造工艺

摘要 通过凸模铸件生产摸索,将原工艺4个角1/4补块改为1/2补块,以解决长方形变形问题;采用冷热冒口联合使用及加大大平面加工量措施,以解决大平面夹渣、气孔问题;操作上增加测量4个角垂直度和表面尺寸。经过上述工艺措施生产,彻底解决了铸件变形及夹渣、气孔问题。 The problem of deformation on rectangular shape was solved by using 1/2 additional block instead of 1/4 additional block. In order to solve the problem of slag and pore on big flat surface, the hot and cool riser heads were used together, and the metal allowance of large flat surface was also added, and four angle verticality and surface dimension checking were also added in operating procedure. According to above methods, the deformation, slag and pore defects of casting were overcome successfully.
