本文从食品安全、风险评估、食品毒理学、动物试验和实验动物5个方面对食品安全和实验动物的关系进行了阐述。
The relationship between experimental animals and food safety was discussed from five aspects including food safety, risk assessment, food toxicology, animal study and experimental animals.
