关节软骨损伤修复研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 关节软骨活动及使用量巨大,非常容易在创伤及急慢性炎症中导致损伤,文献报道局部软骨损伤在膝关节镜手术的患者中高达63%的发生率[1]。目前对有症状的关节软骨损伤的治疗方案选择非常复杂,针对损伤面积和患者的特征采用保守治疗、修复治疗、表面替换治疗到最终的损失关节功能的关节融合。采用非侵入技术的保守治疗,
