腹腔镜联合术中经胆囊管胆道镜辅助胆管探查取石术(附546例报告)

Laparoscopic trancysitc common bile duct exploration: a report of 546 cases

目的:总结腹腔镜联合术中胆道镜经胆囊管胆道探查取石术(laparoscopic transcystic common bileduct exploration,LTCBDE)治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的临床经验。方法:回顾性分析我院2006年12月至2010年12月间546例采用LTCBDE治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的临床资料和疗效。结果:成功完成LTCBDE 519例。成功率95.1%(519/546),全组平均手术时间(83.2±36.5)min,术后平均住院时间(2.1±2.1)d。全组并发症发生率1.5%(8/546)。结论:LTCBDE应成为治疗继发性胆总管结石的首选方案。

Objective To explore the role of laparoscopic trancysitc common bile duct exploration（LTCBDE） in treating patients with suspected or incidental common bile duct（CBD） stones.Methods A retrospective analysis was perfomed on the clinical outcome of 546 cases of secondary CBD stones treated by LTCBDE.Results LTCBDE were successfully performed in 519 cases,with a sucessful rate of 95.1%（519/546）.The mean operative time was（83.2±36.5） min,the mean postoperative hospital stay was（2.1±2.1） d,and the post-operative complication was 1.5%（8/546）.Conclusions The study advocates that LTCBDE rants as the first choice treatment in the management of patients with secondary CBD stones.
