眶隔重建术在眼袋整复中的效果观察

The Effect of Reconstruction of the Orbital Septum for Under-eye Puffiness

目的 研究眶隔重建术在治疗眼袋中的效果.方法 65例患者全部眼轮匝肌下入路,去除或不去除眶隔脂肪,将眶隔与眶下缘组织缝合重建眶隔.结果 3例出现球结膜瘀血,半个月后消失.3例出现结膜水肿,经用科恒眼药水滴眼,1个月内消退.5例出现双侧下睑皮肤瘀血,半个月后消退.35例得到3个月～1年的随访,全部病例矫正效果明显.结论 应用眶隔重建术治疗中老年患者睑袋,方法简单可靠,术后效果良好.

Objective To investigate the effect of reconstruction of the orbital septum for the treatment of under-eye puffiness. Methods The orbital fat was removed or not removed in 65 patients,with the incision between or- bital septum and orbieularis ocufi muscle. The orbital septum and the tissue of infraorbital margin were sutured to recon-struct the orbital septum. Results Three patients had conjunctival congestion, which disappeared half a month later. Three cases occurred conjunctival edema,which was subsided by use of KeHeng eye drops in one month. Five eases had skin congestion of bilateral lower eyelid, which faded after half a month. Thirty-five patients were followed up for 3 months to 1 year,all cases had obvious correction effect. Conclusion That application of the orbital septum reconstruction in the treatment of ehlerly patients with pouches,with satisfactory effect,is simple and reliable way.
