结合潍坊市“三区”建设所提出的软件外包发展规划，在分析我市软件外包从业人员层次及现有人才培养模式的基础上，指出高校紧跟企业需求的人才培养模式，充分发挥高校的师资优势，克服弊端，才能培养出适用型软件外包人才。

Combined with the strategy of Weifang construction proposed software outsourcing development planning,on the basis of analyzing our city software outsourcing practitioners＇level and existing talent training mode,pointing out the talent training mode of university following the enterprise needed closely.This mode gives full play to the advantages of university teachers,overcomeing the disadvantages,cultivating applicable software outsourcing talents.
