社会支持与精神分裂症患者社区康复状况相关分析

Study on Correlation between Social Support and Health State of Community Schizophrenia Patients

目的了解社会支持水平对精神分裂症患者健康状况的影响,为今后开展有针对性的干预提供参考。方法根据辖区内登记在册的精神分裂症患者,采取配对抽样的方法,抽取符合条件的100人作为调查对象;采用《社会支持评定量表》(SSRS)和自制的《精神卫生健康问卷》,由经过统一培训的调查员入户调查。结果调查对象社会支持平均得24.1分,其中客观支持、主观支持和对支持的利用度平均得分分别为6.79、11.81、5.57分;再婚调查对象的平均得分高于未婚或离婚调查对象(P<0.001),健康状况较好的调查对象得分较高(F=3.615,P=0.031),文化程度较低调查对象的得分高于文化程度较高调查对象(F=3.815,P=0.025);调查对象社会支持状况对其健康有明显的影响。结论加大对精神分裂症患者社会支持的力度对改善他们的健康状况有积极的作用。

Objective To explore the effect of social support on health state in community schizophrenic patients,so as to provide reference for intervention.Methods A total of 100 schizophrenic patients in the community were investigated by questionnaires.Results In schizophrenia patients,the total score,objective support,subjective supports,utilization rate of supports were 24.1,6.79,11.81,5.57;The scores of remarried（P0.001）,good health（F=3.615,P=0.031） and low culture（F=3.815,P=0.025） were higher than others;On the other hand,the utilization rate of support influenced health of schizophrenia patients.Conclusion Raising the level of social supports is good to health of schizophrenia patients.
